Dedicated to angel-puppeteer for her marvelous fanfiction: "The Uchiha Mister Blossom"
Not to mention that I first want to draw Sasuke (girl version) with black bikini.
Duh.
At first, this pic was meant to be black and white only. When I edited it using the Photoshop.. I was quite surprised about the result cause it turned out to be nice after I used a filter. And I'm still not an expert in drawing water droplets.. so bear with me for that one.
